Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and shipping zip code to start the process.

  Print Your Label

  Select the items you wish to return and download your prepaid shipping label provided by our system.

  Pack Your Gear

  Securely pack your Raycon products in their original packaging, including all accessories and manuals, and attach the shipping label.

  Ship and Refund

  Drop off your package at the designated carrier location; once received and inspected, we will issue your refund within 5-7 business days.
